We know the newborn phase is exhausting. Here's exactly what happens when you're ready to return — step by step, no surprises.
Send an email to [email protected] at least 30 days before the month you want to be your last. We immediately cancel your next scheduled autopayment and reply in writing confirming your final billing date. Your return label will be sent to the email address on your account — no other contact method needed.
Reply to our email letting us know if you still have your original shipping box and packing materials. You kept that box — this is just your confirmation to us. ✓ Have the box: We send your return label to your email. Done. ✗ Box is lost or damaged: We ship a replacement box and packing kit to your address. The cost is charged to the card on file. Once it arrives and you confirm, we send your return label.
Pack the chair carefully, place it outside on the scheduled pickup date, and a third-party carrier collects it. You receive a tracking number. You do not need to drop it off anywhere.
Once the chair arrives at our refurbishment facility, we inspect it within 5–7 business days. You receive written notification of the result: ✓ Gently used (normal wear and tear expected): Full $99 security deposit refunded to your original payment method. ✗ Damage beyond normal wear: $99 deposit partially or fully withheld to offset repair costs. If damage exceeds $99, additional charges are applied to the card on file. We document and communicate all findings.
The 30-day notice window is how we protect you from unexpected charges. We cannot reverse a payment that has already processed. Email us 30 days out and we stop it before it happens — every time.
