By accessing or using the websites boddiebalance.com, restfulpump.com, and boddie-balance.sintra.site (collectively, "the Sites"), placing a reservation, or purchasing any product from Boddie Balance™ Positioning Systems (formerly Restful Pump®, Inc., "the Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites or place an order.

3.1 Reservation Fee. A $99 reservation fee is required to secure a place in the first production run for a purchase. This fee is fully refundable at any time prior to shipment of your order. 3.2 Pricing Lock. By placing a purchase reservation, you lock in the Kickstarter-tier pricing applicable at the time of your reservation. Pricing is subject to change for new reservations after the Kickstarter campaign closes. 3.3 Shipment Timeline. Reservations are targeted for a May 2027 shipment. Timelines are estimates and may be adjusted due to manufacturing, supply chain, or other factors beyond our control. Reservation holders will be notified of any material changes to the shipment schedule. 3.4 Cancellations & Refunds. You may cancel your purchase reservation at any time before your order ships and receive a full refund of your $99 reservation fee. Refund requests should be submitted to [email protected]. 3.5 Kickstarter Campaign. The reservation program is separate from the Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign launching August 15, 2026. Reservation holders who choose to back the Kickstarter campaign will have their $99 fee credited toward their Kickstarter pledge. If the Kickstarter campaign does not reach its funding goal, all reservation fees will be refunded in full. 3.6 Rental Reservations. Rental program reservations are governed separately under Section 7 (Rental Program Terms). The $99 rental reservation fee functions as a refundable security deposit — not a Kickstarter pricing lock — and is subject to the refund terms stated in Section 7.
4.1 Pricing. All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice for new orders. Your order total will be confirmed at time of purchase. 4.2 Payment Processing. Payments are processed through Stripe, Inc., a PCI-compliant payment processor. The Company does not store credit card information. By submitting a payment, you authorize the Company to charge the applicable amount to your payment method. 4.3 Sales Tax. Applicable sales tax will be added to orders based on the delivery address and applicable state and local tax laws. 4.4 Corporate & Institutional Orders. Fleet and institutional pricing is available for orders of 6 or more units. Contact [email protected] for a corporate quote.
5.1 Domestic Shipping. We currently ship within the United States only. 5.2 Delivery Estimates. Delivery timelines are estimates only. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. 5.3 Damage in Transit. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no charge. 5.4 Risk of Loss. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6.1 Purchase Reservation Refunds. $99 purchase reservation fees are fully refundable before shipment. See Section 3.4. 6.2 Product Returns. Purchased products (non-rental) may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the product is in original, undamaged condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect. 6.3 How to Return. Contact [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to initiate the return process. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. 6.4 Rental Returns. Rental program returns are governed by the Rental Program Terms in Section 7 and the Rental Agreement provided at time of rental initiation. 7.1 Reservation Fee (Rental). The $99 rental reservation fee is a refundable security deposit. It is returned at the end of the rental period, pending inspection of the unit. Normal wear and tear does not affect the refund. Damage beyond normal wear may result in partial or full withholding. 7.2 Refurbishment Fee. A one-time $99 non-refundable refurbishment fee is collected at the start of the rental. This fee covers professional cleaning and preparation of the chair and is not refundable under any circumstances. 7.3 Monthly Charges. Monthly rental charges of $199 begin on the date of delivery — not the date of reservation. A 3-month minimum rental period applies. After the minimum period, the rental is month-to-month. 7.4 Cancellation. To cancel, the renter must notify Boddie Balance during the last 30-day intended rental period and request a return shipment label. Failure to provide 30 days' notice will result in an additional month's charge of $199. 7.5 Return Shipping. Outbound shipping (chair to renter) is the renter's responsibility. Return shipping is covered by Boddie Balance for rentals of 6 months or longer. For rentals under 6 months, a return shipping fee applies. 7.6 Return Process. Returns must be scheduled through Boddie Balance. A third-party shipping company will pick up the chair at the previously designated location. Renters may not ship the chair independently. 7.7 Buyout Option. Active renters may exercise the buyout option at any time by contacting [email protected]. 7.8 Full Rental Policy. Boddie Balance™ products are Class I Medical Devices designed to support ergonomic positioning. Statements regarding the products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Consult your licensed healthcare provider before use if you have any postpartum, orthopedic, or other medical conditions. The Company is not liable for outcomes resulting from use of the product in a manner inconsistent with the provided instructions.
The Boddie Balance™ and Restful Pump® brands, designs, and positioning systems are protected by patents issued in the United States, European Union (27 countries), Australia, Canada, and China. All website content, trademarks, trade dress, and product designs are the exclusive property of Restful Pump®, Inc. No content from the Sites may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission from the Company.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total liability for any claim arising from the use of its products or website shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Plymouth County, Massachusetts.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Sites after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
